MxM Mission Reward Tracker Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the MxM Mission Reward Tracker (Secure Server) browser extension.

The extension operates only on Musixmatch Curators pages to display mission completion and reward statistics. It is a licensed tool and may contact the publisher's server for license validation and optional syncing.

Information the extension may process

• License information: activation credentials and an installation identifier used to validate licensed access.
• Mission activity: mission completion events required to calculate reward statistics.
• Mission metadata: task IDs, mission IDs, titles, timestamps, URLs, reward rates, completion counts, and related information necessary for reward tracking.
• Local settings: preferences, baselines, ledger settings, and local counters used to keep the tracker accurate across browser sessions.

How the information is used

• To activate and validate licensed access.
• To calculate mission and reward statistics.
• To maintain local daily, weekly, monthly, and portfolio totals.
• To optionally synchronize reward logs to the publisher's server when syncing is enabled for the licensed user.
• To troubleshoot activation, syncing, and counter behavior.

Data sharing

Data is transmitted only to the publisher's server hosted at https://mangezi.xyz/mxm/mission-proxy.php for license validation and optional synchronization. No personal information is sold to third parties.

Some users may be configured in counter-only mode. In that mode, the extension can validate licensed access while skipping Notion task logging.

Local storage

The extension stores license status, access tokens, reward counters, ledger baselines, mission cache data, user preferences, and backup/restore data locally in the browser to preserve functionality across sessions.

Retention

Local data remains until the extension is removed, its storage is cleared, or the user resets/restores tracker data. Server-side records are retained only as necessary to provide the service, operate licensing, maintain optional synchronization, and troubleshoot issues.

Permissions

The extension requests access to Musixmatch Curators pages so it can read mission and task information on pages where the tracker runs. It also requests access to https://mangezi.xyz/* for secure license validation and optional sync requests.
